We care about your car

We tow some of the most valuable cars in Christchurch and North Canterbury because their owners know we take special care of their pride and joy when towing, but don’t worry if your car is a daggy old bomb with several years takeaway wrappers on the floor that’s worth less than the petrol in the tank, when we’re towing it we treat it the same way we treat million dollar Ferraris.

Watch our team loading cars on their tow truck, you’ll see why we have a reputation for doing it right. It’s your pride and joy – seriously, do you want us to cut corners when towing it? 

  • If it’s better to winch a car on the tow truck than drive it, then that’s what we do, even if it takes longer.

  • When we strop the vehicle to the tow truck, we’re legally required to tie in two points, but we’ll use at least three strops and usually four.

  • We don’t tie to un-sprung (the car’s body, including towing eyes) because that’s not safe, even if it is easier.

  • We’re experienced in towing very low vehicles and race cars, so if we can’t get it on and off our tow trucks undamaged, it probably can’t be done. We regularly tow cars on rotisseries or dollies, and there’s a LOT that can go wrong with them if you don’t do things right when towing.

  • Our unique GPS tracking service means you know where your Tow Truck is. Just ask for tracking when you book your tow.

When your car needs towing in Christchurch or North Canterbury and you need to find a tow truck near you, call us first and we’ll take care of everything for you. We’ll make sure you’re safe and can get home, then we’ll make sure your car is loaded carefully on our tow truck and towed to where it can get fixed. As a small team we don’t have a night shift, but call us because we can do 24 hour towing in some circumstances.

And we have an optional GPS tracking service, so you can tell when the tow truck is near.
